The purpose of the Common Area Maintenance Committee (CAMC) is to oversee, coordinate and participate in activities required to maintain the Common Area of Tres Valles West. This involves working closely with other TVW committees such as Roads, Firewise and Finance.
A list of responsibilities that fall under the CAMC umbrella includes the following: Cattle grazing, front gate operation, noxious weeds, trash, cattle fencing, and interfacing with Colorado Parks and Wildlife. More details can be found in the following document: CAMC Responsibilities. Since much of the work that the Firewise committee is doing involves the common area, there is a great deal of coordination, cooperation and partnering with them in addition to the above responsibilities.
The CAMC conducts meetings on an as needed basis. Meeting announcements will be sent prior to each meeting with an agenda. The meetings are open to all owners and anyone attending has the opportunity to voice their concerns or comments at the start of each meeting. The committee wants to hear from you, and we encourage you to participate.
