Second Monday of the Month, 5:30 Mountain Time - Conducted via ZOOM Video Conference
Recently we have observed changes (example) in the color of the needles with our evergreen trees, so we had the Colorado State Forest Service (CSFS) come and conduct a tree assessment. If you are seeing this on your property, there are some things you can do to help. The following link will take you to the full assessment from CSFS. CSFS_Report for TVW
The reforestation of the Spring Fire burn scar will begin late Spring of 2022. Details on the project can be found HERE
An interactive map of the ranch showing features and infrastructure is now available. Check it out HERE.
The Wildfire & Hazardous Activity Document that was approved by the POA members at last year's annual meeting is now available on the website. The document provides guidelines for activities that are approved for the ranch and can be found HERE.
A Wildfire Mitigation "Tools of the Trade" training session was conducted on Friday, June 25, 2021. Video recordings of this training can be found HERE.

Charles Bryant, Huerfano County Noxious Weed Manager, conducted a Zoom Presentation on noxious weeds that are prevalent throughout the county and on our ranch. Access to that presentation and supporting material can be found HERE.
Colorado State Law states that property owners are responsible for the management and control of noxious weeds on their property. TVW has a long history of working with the county to that end. As part of that, we have started a program here that will allow us to map locations of large outbreaks of these weeds on the ranch. That information will be provided to Huerfano County to help them, as well as TVW, monitor the progress in fighting noxious weeds in the county and on the ranch. You can view the TVW Noxious Weed Map HERE.
A reminder for all owners! - TVW’s speed limit is 20 MPH – for all vehicles. Its up to all of us to take better care of our roads, our wildlife, and reduce the potential for accidents by adhering to S-L-O-W-E-R Driving. Be sure your contractors are also aware.
To help keep the roads in good shape, "Don't drive in the middle of the road, keep to your side". We all have the tendency to do it, but it puts double the pressure on the road in one spot.
