Services

Electric Service
All lots have access to electrical power. Service is provided by San Isabel Electric Association, Inc., 800-279-7432 and www.siea.com.  San Isabel has headquarters in Pueblo West, CO and nearby offices in La Veta and Walsenburg.

Front Gate Remotes
A gate code is assigned to each lot.  You can acquire your gate code, by contacting Stacey Byrd - .  Remotes for the gate are also available for purchase at $14.00 per. If you would like to change your gate code, please contact the Common Area Committee Chair at

Water Service
Water service is available to all Lots through an onsite filtration system that is owned by the Tres Valles West Owners Association.  The system is licensed by the state of Colorado as a community public water system (PWSID – CO  0128726).  All Owners are billed a monthly availability fee which includes usage of 4,000 gallons per month.  This fee is assessed whether or not the Owner has a tap into the Main Water Line.  Contact  Stacey - stacey@centurysolutions.org to request service and/or the current monthly water availability fee.  Service connection (tap) to the Main Water Line is under the supervision of a licensed operator of the TVW Water system. More detailed information is available on the Water System Advisory Committee webpage.

Propane Service
Propane service is arranged through local propane delivery services. Propane can be delivered when the property owner is not at home.

Telephone Service
Landline Phone Service is provided by CenturyLink 800-201-4099.  All 5-acre lots have phone line access. Further information can be found at www.centurylink.com.

Trash Removal
Three dumpsters are available (May-September) and two off-season (October-April) for household trash. They are located on the right side of the road to the gas well site near the front gate.  (First road to the left after entering the property) Trash is collected from the dumpsters every Tuesday in non-holiday weeks. The following items are NOT acceptable, per Mountain Disposal:  Any hazardous materials, liquids of any kind, including motor oil, cooking oil, paint, household chemicals, batteries, electronics, tires and construction debris including dirt, sand, large pieces of concrete, lumber more than 4ft long or 4in in diameter. Please visit the Mountain Disposal website for more details.

The Huerfano County Waste Transfer Station (HCWTS) also accepts many of the items listed above. For a more complete list visit the HCWTS website.

Motor oil can be disposed of at the O'Reilly Auto Parts Store in Walsenburg.

Recycling                                                                                                                                                                                                                             TVW does not provide recycling services. The Town of La Veta provides recycling containers for glass, cans and cardboard. We ask that you please utilize this service whenever possible and use the trash dumpsters for household waste only. The recycling bins are located on the east side of the La Veta Post Office at 117 E Ryus Ave. Additional recycling services are available at the Huerfano County Waste Transfer Station (HCWTS)

It is located just west of MM 301.

Snow Plowing
The main TVW roads are plowed when there is a snowfall of six inches or greater as measured at the front gate.  Be aware that even after snowplowing winds can easily create drifts which may make travel on the roads difficult.

It is requested that no trees be cut from the Common Area.

No Fireworks                                                                                                                                                                                                                          No fireworks of any kind are permitted anywhere on the ranch property.
