Common Area Trails

One of the best assets at TVW is our common area. This area is valued and protected by the Owners. The proper balance between protection of, and access to, adds to the value of TVW and the lots and homes located here. We have also created trails for walking, off-road vehicles, and non off-road vehicles.

Directions

Tres Valles West is located in southern Colorado, just east of La Veta Pass on US Hwy 160. TVW is a gated community that is situated north of US Hwy 160. The TVW gate is on the north side of US HWY 160, 1/2 mile west of mile marker 286.
